Mitchell Hurwitz is the man who made the sitcom Arrested Development. The sitcom has 5 seasons and 84 episodes, and each one lasts between 20 and 50 minutes. From 2003 to 2006, the first three seasons were shown on Fox, and from 2013 to 2019, the last two seasons were shown on Netflix. The story is about the Bluth family, for whom life is turned upside down when the head of the family, George Bluth, gets arrested.
He is taken into custody for a white-collar crime. Michael Bluth, George Bluth’s son and the only sane person in the family has to take care of the family’s business because no one else can. The whole story turns out to be a comedy series in which Michael Bluth and his son George Michael try to keep the family from falling apart and deal with the members of the family who make their jobs hard.
Will Arrested Development Season 6 Happen?
Netflix hasn’t given the go-ahead for a sixth season of Arrested Development yet, and there are real doubts about whether or not they will. A top Netflix executive recently said that there haven’t been any talks about a new season yet, but he didn’t rule out the idea. Almost certainly, a number of things are being taken into account. The show isn’t longer the critical darling it was when it was on Fox, and reviews for the Netflix seasons sometimes get very negative. The cast is still in high demand. Jason Bateman and Will Arnett each have their own cool Netflix shows, Ozark and Bojack Horseman, so it would be harder than ever to get them all back together for another season.
Jeffrey Tambor’s involvement is almost certainly the elephant in the room. Tambor was fired from the hit Amazon show Transparent after a number of women said he had sexually harassed them. Even worse, Tambor’s Arrested Development co-star Jessica Walter said that Tambor had made her cry in a notorious New York Times profile of the cast to promote season 5. In the profile, most of the male cast members seemed insensitive to Walter’s feelings and unaware of the larger cultural moment. It’s hard to think that Netflix would want to work with Tambor again any time soon.

Arrested Development Review
Arrested Development has been so popular not only because the plot and characters are funny, but also because the actors are so good at what they do. And in season 5, all of the great actors and actresses who had been on the show before came back. But the plot of season 5 was tried to drag out and split into a lot of parts. Season 5 of Arrested Development had the same charm and humor as the first season.
The last two seasons don’t count toward the overall score. Based on the first three seasons, this was one of the best comedies ever made, but it was canceled because it didn’t do well while it was on. As word spread about how great it was, it became very popular after it ended. Due to high demand and the sudden end of the show, there were rumors for years that it might be brought back. Seven years following its final season, Netflix picked it up.
