Hypnotic Hustler may not be what fans expect for Glover in this universe, but sources have said it will “drew in the musical aspect of the character and the fact that he has less canon Marvel baggagewhich gives you freedom for further interpretation.”

The villain was created by Bill Mantlo, the same screenwriter who created Rocket, and artist Frank Springer. He first appeared in 1978 in Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man #24 and his real name was Antoine Delsoin. He is the leader of a band called “Mercy Killers” who steal from their audience using a very special hypnosis technology found in the instruments.

Will Hypnotic Hustler have the same fate as the Guardians of the Galaxy and make himself known properly? This is something that only time will tell.

Sources say that one of the key pieces for that possible Hypnotic Hustler movie is Eddie Murphy’s son, Myles Murphy, who is in charge of writing a film that does not yet have a title.
