Ezra Miller, star of DC and The Flash, is expected to plead guilty to the charge of trespassing and robbery in Vermont (USA).
Miller was accused of stealing three bottles of alcohol from a neighbor’s house. In addition, as reported by NBC, the two other burglary charges and one petty theft charge will be dropped after negotiations between the two parties.
Miller is expected plead guilty on January 13with court documents showing that prosecutors propose that he face 89 or 90 days of suspended sentence, a year of probation and a $500 fine.
