Double strike breaks BSG Chemie Leipzig’s neck against FSV Luckenwalde
After that, however, the 63er always made people sit up and take notice and took a comfortable lead thanks to a double strike. First it was Butendeich, who was served by the right wing and pushed in – 0:1 (30th).
Then there was a penalty after Paul Horschig fouled Gollnick, which Flath sank on the left – 0:2 (34th). Incidentally, that was also the result in the first half of the season, in the end the Green-Whites brought a 2-2 win to Leipzig. Unfortunately, that didn’t work again.
The chemists came out of the dressing room with renewed self-confidence and didn’t want to admit defeat. The storm duo Mauer/Mäder, who came on in the 55th minute, should also see to that.
