The accused sub-inspector Keshar Singh Naruka was in charge of Khivansar police station of Nagaur till now. He was introduced a line in Nagaur a few days ago. He was going to his house in Ajmer on Tuesday night, on the basis of intelligence information, ACB stopped Naruka at a toll block and searched him. According to bureau sources, alleged illegal cash and 21 bottles of liquor worth Rs 11.36 lakh were recovered from Naruka’s car. Further action is being taken by confiscating cash and liquor. Meanwhile, Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal has demanded that the work done during the last one year tenure of this officer should be investigated.
Beniwal tweeted, “Action is also under consideration in the Vigilance Department on this police officer who is immersed in corruption. The work done during the last one year tenure of the said police officer should be investigated, because the Nagaur police has been the base of corruption for one year. “
