Hamburg – Honor where credit is due: St.-PauliLegend Jan-Philipp Kalla (36), known as “Snail”, will officially say goodbye with a farewell game at the Millerntor Stadium.
As the neighborhood club announced on Tuesday, the game will take place on March 25 (3:30 p.m.) – almost two years after the 36-year-old ended his professional career.
Kalla wore the brown and white jersey for a total of 17 years. During this time, the native of Hamburg played 346 competitive games in which he scored 16 goals and eleven assists.
For the “Kalla vs. Friends” match, many familiar faces from Kalla’s time at the FCSP have announced that they will appear together again at the Millerntor.
