The Blacklist Reviews & Recap
Raymond Reddington is the most interesting thing about this show. This is one of my favorite crime shows because of how well he moves and talks together. Seeing how he interacts with Cooper, Ressler, and Aram is so interesting and fun. He has helped them become who they are in a way that is so special.
Dembe is great, and it’s funny to see how he and Reddington get along. Even though the show moves quickly, it’s easy to follow. There is a fair amount of suspense. Just enough complexity to keep people interested, but not too much. I love everything and everybody on this show except for one thing.
This show is great because it has the perfect mix of likable characters, good acting, and some unanswered questions, like who her father is and what’s going on with her husband. So, you have to watch to find out how the two primary characters, the young FBI agent and the criminal genius, are related. It’s a crime thriller that hasn’t been too gross or sickening or too much the same so far. Each episode has a good pace and isn’t always easy to guess.
