The John Wick prequel series, The Continental, confirms its arrival on Amazon Prime Video


Amazon has officially announced that the long-awaited series The Continental, based on the John Wick franchise (and which will work as a prequel), will premiere exclusively internationally on Prime Video in 2023.

No specific release date has been given for The we will have to wait for more information about it, but at least we already know on what platform we can expect this Lionsgate production.

The Continental will tell us the events of this iconic John Wick hotel from the perspective of its director, Winston Scottplayed by Colin Woodell, in New York in the 1970s. This place is the meeting point for the most dangerous criminals in the world.

The Continental is now a three-night special event.

The cast of The Continental It will consist of the aforementioned Colin Woodell as Winston Scott, Mel Gibson as Cormac, Ayomide Adegun as a young Charon, Ben Robson as Frankie, Hubert Point-du Jour Nhung Kate as Yen, and Peter Greene as Charlie.

Greg Coolidge and Kirk Ward will be the writers and directors of The Continental, which will be the next project based on the franchise along with the long-awaited John Wick 4, of which a few weeks ago we learned its duration and the status of its script.
