The Last of Us is taking the world by storm, but HBO has decided that it is best to move the fifth episode of the post-apocalyptic series away from the path of Super Bowl Sunday in the United States, and that has caused a change in the opening hours from the rest of the territories and will be available to all subscribers on Saturday, February 11 in Spain.

That is, instead of enjoying the premiere of episode 5 of The Last of Us next Monday, February 13, we will have it available on HBO Max on Saturday February 11.

HBO communicated the news after the premiere of the fourth episode on Monday, February 6, and noted that it will continue to be available at the usual time. It was also stated that all episodes after the fifth will return to the regular Monday premiere timeslotincluding the season one finale on March 13.

Remember that you cannot miss the third episode of the HBO series, which shows the story of Bill and Frank in a way never seen before in the video game. Here the creators of the series explain why they made these big changes to the story of Bill and Frank and why we believe that the third episode does the best that a television adaptation could do, since the changes are critical.

And be sure to check out IGN Fan Fest 2023 on February 13, as The Last of Us will be present along with John Wick 4, Redfall and many more exclusive content in what will be our most powerful festival to date.
