The plot of the forthcoming season has not been extensively divulged. Not a single trailer has been made public yet.
But it is already known that the second season of the show would pick up where the previous one left off. All of the issues raised during the final episode of season one will be resolved.
The companions in season 1 went through a lot when their peers passed away. Everything goes wrong for them, from lost respect to a damaged romance. The popular student organisation quickly evolved into the school’s murder squad.
Whatever the circumstances, the kids made the decision to crack the case of their own. They are looking for their friend’s murderer, who was killed right in front of them. The strategy, however, is not followed. They have to keep another terrible secret hidden if they wish to catch the killer.

The four students must exhaust all avenues to establish their innocence as the number of suspects in Simon’s murder increases.

Additionally, on October 7, 2021, the show had its Peacock debut and received mostly favourable reviews from reviewers.
The show received a second season renewal in January 2022, and it will start airing this year.
Unfortunately, Jake was the one who, once his involvement in Simon’s killing was revealed, ended up with the chalk outline round his body this time.
It turned out that Simon had always meant to eat peanut oil that he had placed in his water as part of a risky joke to frighten his peers, giving himself anaphylactic shock.
Jake went a step further, however, and purposefully buried Simon’s EpiPen in an effort to implicate his fiancée Addy, who he had found to have cheated on him.
After realising everything, Addy went to face Jake while bringing Cooper and Janae along. When Jake was ultimately shot and died, their situation just became worse.
