“We have to show at home as a team that no one can beat us,” said the Hungarian national soccer player to Kicker.

The victory in the last meeting so far, which had to take place without a spectator due to the coronavirus pandemic, gives Szoboszlai hope. In front of a sold-out house “we want to lay the foundation for progress”.
The midfielder emphasized that the round of 16 “won’t be given away, but progressed just like Manchester”.
The games against City are also a reunion with Erling Haaland for Szoboszlai. The 22-year-old already played together with the Norwegian striker in Salzburg and both harmonized splendidly.
“When he came to Salzburg when he was 18, I helped him because I knew how it felt when you were new and didn’t know the language. I wanted to show and teach him everything,” said Szoboszlai.
We learned from each other, “although I honestly have to admit that I learned a little more from him than he did from me.”
