The Spurs announced this on Sunday evening after the 2-0 win against their rivals from the east of the metropolis on their social channels.
The fourth-placed player in the English upper house strongly condemned the network attacks on the former Bundesliga professional, who was on the ball for Hamburger SV and Bayer 04 Leverkusen.
“We were made aware of the absolutely reprehensible online racial slurs against Heung-Min Son during today’s match and have passed them on as a club,” Tottenham wrote in the official statement.
There is no penalty whistle, then the situation escalates: the women’s team goes to the referee!
“We stand with Sonny and once again call on the social media companies and the authorities to take action,” it said.
The 108-time South Korean international scored 2-0 against the “Hammers” just four minutes after coming on as a substitute, deciding the game and sending the Spurs past Newcastle United to fourth place in the Champions League.

Last August there were racist abuse against the reigning PL top scorer in the 2-2 draw in the city derby between Tottenham and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
A “Blues” season ticket holder, who was subsequently identified as the perpetrator on the basis of video recordings, was subsequently banned from the stadium for an indefinite period.
In addition, racist insults on social networks against Ivan Toney (26) recently caused a stir on the island. The Brentford striker was attacked online after scoring the 1-1 equalizer against Arsenal on February 11 and made the hostilities public.

The “Bees” then reacted and declared that they were “disgusted and sad”. Toney received “a flood of insulting, racist direct messages” via his Instagram account immediately after the end of the game.
