Season 2 of Loki and Agatha: Coven of Chaos will be joined by several other exciting spin-offs, sequels, and continuations from the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Secret Invasion will bring our beloved Skrulls back into our lives, Riri Williams will continue the journey she began in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in her own series, Ironhearty Echo will return in its own series while his feud with the Kingpin only grows (yes, we will see Daredevil).

How could we not be excited about the return of the mandalorian? After a brief side mission in The Book of Boba Fett, Mando, Grogu, and all the brood will return to our screens on March 1. Ok, not everything revolves around Batman, but we can’t wait to see The Penguin when it hits HBO Max in 2023. The series, one of several planned spin-offs from Matt Reeves’ The Batman, will focus on, you guessed it, The Penguin! Regardless of where the series takes us, we can’t wait to spend more time in Reeves’ Gotham. And, with James Gunn having promised a more unified DCEU in the coming years, we’re very interested to see what this first foray into that combined universe can look like, given that Reeves’ movie was originally meant to be his own standalone story. . We’ll have to wait and see what the new study cohesion plan means for these spin-offs.
Superheroes will continue until morale improves. Of course, there’s never much moral to spare in The Boys universe, so we’re guessing the same will be the case with its college spin-off, Gen V. The gore level of The Boys meets the hormone level of Sky High and the challenges of The Hunger Games in the newest addition to Eric Kripke’s universe. The series will be directed by none other than Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters from the famous Agent Carter.
And yes, Gen V could be coming the same year as The Boys Season 4, but we don’t have any solid information on this yet.
Let’s not forget the true American hero either. The Peacekeeper and the rest of his old team will return in Season Two.. Like The Boys, we’re not 100% sure it’ll be in 2023, but we’re assuming we’ll see Chris Smith and his band make a triumphant return before the year is out.
New and exciting animation
We are always excited about animated releases. And considering how often this art was maligned in 2022, we’re thrilled with how exciting the 2023 offerings look across all genres and studios.
The Legend of Vox Machina will return in early 2023, bringing the hilarious and rowdy series back to our screens after its incredibly well-received first season. Those episodes blew us away, so there’s a lot of anticipation surrounding this return.
The second season of Star Wars: The bad consignment It’s coming to Disney+ in 2023, so fans can enjoy the franchise before The Mandolorian returns.
Our most anticipated animated title next year could be X-Men ’97. The continuation of the legendary X-Men animated series didn’t even seem possible a year ago, and now it’s just around the corner! We do not have a release date yet, but we will be attentive to know the details.

There are many amazing series waiting for us in 2023, but there are many that we will have to wait for as well. As I have already mentioned, both The House of the Dragon and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will not arrive until 2024, but they are not the only important series whose return will be made to beg. The Sandman got Netflix renewed for a second season after garnering some good numbers, which were still offset by high production costs, but we currently don’t even know for sure when production on the sequel will begin, let alone when it will end. will premiere. Given the level of production the series requires, it’s almost certain that we won’t see anything until 2024.
You also have to take into account the next series of the MonsterVerso of Apple TV, whose working title is Hourglass.
