“This time it counts for me, I’m so happy about it,” admitted the beaming first scorer after the game, after his goal a week earlier was counted as an own goal by a Halle player.
All the better that it worked against Verl in the next game. Especially since the script for his first Dynamo goal could not have been written more dramatically: 90 minutes and Lemmer scored the crucial goal for the away win in front of his own fans in the packed guest block.
“It was just an incredible feeling to score the winning goal in the last minute and then run to the fans and get the win.”
Dynamo is lucky when Will is injured: the first suspicion is not confirmed!
It was this greed that distinguished Lemmer just before the goal. Because the angle from which he netted was extremely acute. Not everyone would have stayed as cool as the winger at a young age.
“‘Ahmo’ saw me well, I just had to slide in and I’m just happy,” said Lemmer in an interview after the game. Ahmet Arslan (28) placed the goal perfectly for him.
As in the three games before, Lemmer once again provided a lot of momentum on the flank after being substituted on in the 68th minute.
The only difference to usual: The right footer had to go for Dennis Borkowski (21) on the left side. A stroke of luck, as it turned out.
And who knows, maybe the first goal next week will be followed by the first starting eleven. He has already submitted the application documents with very good proof of work several times.
Dynamo hardly recognizable in 2023: “Now you believe in your own strengths”
“I always try to step on the gas in training and in games. Then the coach decides,” said Lemmer.
At least one thing is certain: For his first dynamo goal he had to spend at least one properly on the way back.
