At 1:19 p.m. it said: “Currently, the transmission of some Sky channels is disrupted or has failed completely”. The sports channels of customers who receive via satellite are affected.

According to data from Allerrors.de however, the failure had already begun at 12.45 p.m.

Instead of the HSV vs. Arminia game, the message “Technical fault on this station. Please try again later. 11040” appeared, the broadcaster said. Sky Go and the Sky Q app were not affected by the problems.

“Please excuse the inconvenience,” said Sky.

At 2:26 p.m., the station reported that the disruption had been resolved and that all stations were running as planned.
