Recently, fascinating news on a possible second season of Ms Marvel on Disney+ surfaced online. Fans have already heard rumours regarding a follow-up to the popular Disney+ series. Daniel Richtman, a leaker, first made the allegation that Marvel Studios had approved more episodes back in September of last year.
Two of the Season 1 directors, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, hinted at this possibility by asking fans in an interview, “Who’s ready for Season 2?!” Arbi expressly indicated desiring “more chaos” in a different chat if more events occurred.
According to a Murphy’s Multiverse article from December, when Marvel Studios cast Kamala Khan for the MCU, they had every intention of producing a second season for her show.
Will Ms Marvel get a second season?
Disney has not yet confirmed a second season of Ms Marvel, and we do not yet know when it will be released.
Iman Vellani, a.k.a. Kamala Khan, has indicated enthusiasm for a possible second season of the show, but she wants certain Inhumans characters to make an appearance.

In a conversation with ScreenRant, Kamala Khan’s co-creator and one of the series’ writers, Sana Amnat, revealed that they would both love to contribute to a second season of the programme.
“I’m hoping for additional seasons. It’s designed to be a limited series, after all, so she can move on to other things. It undoubtedly makes her out to be a hero. That’s kind of there because she will be entering Marvels next. I’m only going to say that I hope there will be a season 2! I hope we contribute to that.
Ms Marvel season 1 ending explained
She is the first recognised mutant in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is debatably the biggest bombshell of Ms Marvel season one. After researching Kamala’s DNA, Bruno (Matt Lintz) revealed to her at the conclusion of the final season that he had found something uncommon, like a “mutation.” The 1997 X-Men theme then came after that.

In the post-credits scene, Kamala was shown being transported someplace via the bangle, and she was then replaced by none other than Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers (played by Brie Larson). Carol quickly flees the area after appearing to be quite concerned to be in a space with so many wall-mounted images of herself.
Marvel season 2 cast
Iman Vellani’s character Kamala Khan and her family will probably return for season 2 as well. Expect Sagar Shaikh to play Aamir Khan, Zenobia Shroff to play Muneeba Khan, and Mohan Kapur to play Yusuf Khan.
The show is also set to feature Matt Lintz as Bruno Carelli, Laurel Marsden as Zoe Zimmer, Yasmeen Fletcher as Nakia Bahadur, and other pals.
Viewers might recognise Rish Shah as Kamran and Aramis Knight as Kareem if the plot links Kamala to Pakistan.
Nimra Bucha, Farhan Akhtar, and Fawad Khan may also appear in the series, according to rumours. Nimra may or may not be the mother of Kamran, while Akhtar would portray Waleed and Fawad Khan would be Kamala’s great-grandfather.
What We Can Expect From Ms Marvel Season 2?

Kamran working with Red Dagger after escaping the D.O.D.C. in the finale would certainly continue in Season 2.
Damage Control’s operation at the High School has repercussions, and some have theorised that Kamala would team up with Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) and the new Falcon Joaquin Torres to form The Champions (Danny Ramirez). Oh, and lest we forget: Kamala is a mutant, which may open the door for her to clash with the X-Men if they’re presented.
How many episodes will there be in Season 2 of Ms Marvel?
The existence of Ms Marvel’s second season is still uncertain. But if the show is renewed, we can assume that the second season would follow a similar format to the first. Future seasons are probably going to have six episodes each since the first season had six. However, as no Disney+ MCU show has yet to produce a second season, this is merely conjecture.
Ms Marvel Season 2 release date speculation
It’s difficult to forecast when we’d really see a second season of the Ms Marvel series without even a hint of an announcement; however, we have a foundation to work with.
It is probably safe to infer that, if Marvel chooses to use this strategy for Ms Marvel renewals, the programme won’t likely return until the beginning of 2023 at the earliest, and that late 2023 or early 2024 would likely be the earliest we see it.
